  • choose your payment method;
  • click on “I confirm my order”;

When will I be delivered?

Your order is shipped in tracked mode within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment, you can follow the progress of your order in your account at any time.

Was there an error in your package?
Is the item defective?

You have 7 days to exchange it or request a refund. The item must be new, complete and in its original packaging.
Reimbursement is made upon receipt of your item by bijouxmode-grossiste, excluding shipping costs, by transfer or check.
